Job description

About us

Love, Bonito is Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, built with a mission to empower women to find confidence through style. Headquartered in Singapore, we’ve grown from a humble online startup into a multi-channel business with over 20 stores and counting across Asia and a thriving online presence.

For the next decade, we are looking to expand through new categories, markets, wholesale partnerships, and brand acquisitions. We are evolving into a next-generation regional consumer group — one that blends heart with performance, and creativity with technology.

At our core, we’re a team of builders, dreamers, and doers who believe culture is more than words on a wall — it’s how we show up every day. We move fast, stay curious, and take bold bets on ideas and people we believe in. Here, you’ll find a community that challenges you to grow, trusts you to lead, and celebrates you for being you. Together, we’re shaping the future of Asian brands — from right here in Southeast Asia, to the world.

Why join us?

At Love, Bonito, you’ll do more than just a job — you’ll help build a movement. We’re creating an organization that’s lean, bold, and full of heart — where every person has the space to make an impact. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Purpose with performance: We’re building a world-class Asian brand that competes globally. We hold ourselves to high standards and operate with purpose, integrity, grit and excellence
  • Growth that’s real: We are known to be incredibly dynamic and fast-paced. You’ll be expected to learn fast, stretch beyond your comfort zone, and work alongside people who challenge and support you in equal measure
  • Culture at our core: If you’re looking for a no-corporate-BS environment, we are the perfect fit for you. We operate with empathy, celebrate individuality, encourage effective collaboration, and believe great work comes from trust, not titles

Join us as we redefine what it means to build an enduring consumer group — from Asia, for the world.

The role

As we enter our next phase of growth and profitability, we are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. • Coordinate with POS vendors for troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement projects
  • Lead and manage POS-related IT projects, including system rollouts, integrations, and testing
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot system issues, and respond promptly to outages or incidents
  • Ensure security through device policies, firewalls, and backup strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of IT and retail assets via asset management tools

What we are looking for

  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • A team player who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams
  • Someone who takes full ownership and delivers reliable, secure systems that scale with growth
  • A hands-on individual who enjoys both day-to-day IT operations and long-term system improvements

What does success look like

  • Reliable and stable IT systems across all stores and offices
  • Reduced downtime and faster resolution for POS and IT incidents
  • Streamlined collaboration with Retail Ops and vendors, resulting in improved store experience
  • Clear documentation, asset visibility, and proactive infrastructure improvements
  • A culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the IT ecosystem

You should have/be

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management, MDM, Active Directory, and network security
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems (preferably retail environments) and vendor coordination
  • Understanding of ERP software and system integrations
  • Strong grasp of system security (e.g., intrusion detection, endpoint protection, backup/recovery)
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Resourcefulness, ownership, and problem-solving aptitude
  • Interest in staying current with emerging technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Admin, Microsoft 365, or CompTIA Security+) are a plus
  • Experience managing retail store IT infrastructure (POS, network, peripherals) is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of inventory or asset management tools is a plus
