We are looking for a Renewals Trainee to join our Customer Success organization and support the Renewals function in Tampere, Finland.
In this role, you will work closely with Renewals, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations teams to improve contract quality, license accuracy, system hygiene, and documentation. The traineeship offers hands‑on experience with real customer data, internal systems, and global processes that directly support customer retention and scalable operations.
This is a practical, learning‑focused role with clear ownership areas and support from experienced colleagues.
As a Renewals Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing customer contracts globally to identify non‑standard or poor contractual clauses
- Reviewing contracts in the Customer Document vault to ensure completeness and correctness
- Supporting a license automation campaign and related clean‑up activities
- Creating and maintaining workspaces in M-Files Vaults
- Cleaning up, archiving, and restructuring Renewals pages in M-Files Vaults
- Supporting the assignment review of Low Touch and No Touch customers
- Update APAC region historical subscription data
- Creating a clear, structured Renewals user manual and documentation set for internal use
You will receive guidance on tools, processes, and priorities, and your work will have visible impact on Renewals and Customer Success operations.
You will succeed in this role if you:
- Have strong English language skills (written and spoken)
- Are detail‑oriented and comfortable working with numbers, data, and documentation
- Have good communication skills and can work effectively with different stakeholders
- Are able to focus on what is essential, even in a fast‑paced environment
- Are interested in Customer Success, Renewals, and operational processes
- Most importantly, have a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
We welcome students or recent graduates, for example in business, finance, IT, or a related field.
You will succeed in this role if you:
- Have strong English language skills (written and spoken)
- Are comfortable working with numbers and pay attention to detail
- Have good communication skills and can adapt to different situations
- Are able to prioritize what matters most, even in a fast‑paced environment
- Have a sales‑oriented mindset, which is considered an advantage
- Most importantly, have a strong willingness to learn and develop in the Renewals Trainee role

This is a paid fixed-term contract for four months, starting in April- May 2026 (start date can be agreed).
The salary will depend on your study credits and will range between 2200-2880 EUR/month.
