Founded in 2022, we are an AI company focused on software development. We build frontier-scale code models to automate software engineering and research, aiming to develop an AI coworker. Our approach combines frontier-scale pre-training, domain-specific reinforcement learning, ultra-long context, and inference-time compute.

We maintain 8,000 H100s and have secured $515 million in funding from investors including Nat Friedman, Daniel Gross, CapitalG, Elad Gil, Sequoia, Jane Street, and Eric Schmidt.

We develop secure sandboxes and large-scale AI infrastructure. We focus on sandboxed execution environments, distributed orchestration, and optimizing compute workflows. We also create interfaces for AI models to interact with machines, and develop APIs and self-service platforms to help researchers deploy and monitor workloads at scale.

Our mission is to build safe Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) to accelerate humanity’s progress on important problems. We believe that automating AI research and code generation is the most promising path to achieve safe AGI and solve alignment more reliably.

We offer competitive salaries with significant equity compensation, with annual salaries ranging from 225,000 USD to 550,000 USD, depending on seniority.
