Duties and Responsibilities:
Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos (10–60s) for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Add captions, overlays, transitions, and branded elements
- Repurpose creator videos into multiple engaging clips
- Maintain quality, pacing, and consistency across all content
Social Media Publishing
- Create, schedule, and post content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X
- Research trends, trending audio, hashtags, and content angles
- Optimize posts for reach and engagement
- Support analytics tracking and basic reporting
Sports & Betting Content
- Stay updated on sports events, betting odds, and trends
- Understand basic betting concepts (spreads, props, parlays, picks, etc.)
- Draft simple captions that match sports & betting culture
Operational Support
- Maintain organized content libraries
- Troubleshoot minor upload or formatting issues
- Follow SOPs and iterate based on feedback
- Communicate clearly with U.S.-based team members
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design
- Experience in Social Media management is advantageous
- Proven experience editing short-form video content (portfolio-nice to have)
- Strong familiarity with CapCut and Canva, or any video and image editing software.
- Knowledge of sports and sports betting (big plus)
- Understanding of TikTok-style formats, pacing, and trends
- Excellent English comprehension and communication
- Highly tech-literate and comfortable learning new tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
