We are a healthcare technology startup that connects healthcare professionals with facilities through our marketplace platform, modernizing healthcare staffing.

Our operations involve building and expanding into new territories for B2B healthcare facility customers. We manage the entire new-business sales process, from self-prospecting and pipeline generation to multi-channel outreach. We build relationships with outpatient facilities and other B2B healthcare clients, conducting consultative discovery and closing new business with various stakeholders, from small to mid-market opportunities.

For existing customers, we design and optimize post-sale strategies for onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion to drive long-term value and usage. This includes tailoring journeys to facility personas, using usage data, and running cross-channel communications and incentive programs.

Internally, we focus on developing scalable finance functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and improving our frontend technology. This creates scalable, performant, and accessible user experiences for both healthcare professionals and facilities on our marketplace.
