About NurseDash

We launched NurseDash in 2017 as an on-demand healthcare marketplace. Our platform connects healthcare facilities that need staff with nursing professionals looking for open shifts. Facilities post shifts directly to our app, which clinicians can then browse and accept. This model gives clinicians more flexibility and higher earnings than traditional staffing agencies, while saving facilities money. We staff roles like STNA, LPN, CNA, RN, and LVN. We currently operate in Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas. NurseDash was founded in Houston, Texas, by professionals with experience in healthcare and startups.

Our mission is to give clinicians the flexibility to build their own schedules on-demand, and to offer healthcare facilities an efficient way to find staff. We aim to remove the need for traditional staffing agencies by giving clinicians more control and flexibility.

We are a team of 11-50 employees. Our leadership includes Andy Chen, Executive Chairman and Founder, and Jake Kohl, CEO and Co-Founder.
