We provide connected care and personal emergency response systems for older adults, founded in 2005. We offer medical alert systems and devices to help individuals age in place.

Our products include in-home systems with a base unit and wearable button for safety in and around the home. We also offer mobile devices like discreet pendants or wristwatches with built-in GPS for active lifestyles. We also provide wearable medical alert smartwatches. All wearable devices are water-resistant and suitable for showers. Features include fall detection, long battery life (up to 5 days), and for home-based units, a signal range up to 1,400 feet.

We operate a ²⁴⁄₇ U.S.-based monitoring center with emergency operators certified by TMA Five Diamond, ESA Security, and UL Listed. This service connects members directly to support, allowing us to dispatch emergency medical services or trusted contacts like neighbors, caregivers, or family members. We specialize in medical alert, mobile alert, and personal emergency response systems, as well as connected healthcare.

In 2025, we were recognized by Forbes Health as a Top Medical Alert System and listed on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America for the 13th year. We are also rated #1 on 15 third-party review sites. Our division, MedScope, manages Medicaid payer accounts.

Technologically, we operate a cloud-first enterprise IT infrastructure, primarily using Azure. Our engineering team designs and develops scalable backend and frontend components, modernizing legacy systems into microservices using .NET and React, and building distributed systems. We use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Our technologies and platforms include Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, RBAC, and identity management. Our teams handle aspects such as AKS, compute, networking, and load balancing.

Our teams often work cross-functionally, collaborating across departments like Product, Data, AI Engineering, and Member Experience. Some technical roles include on-call rotations for critical events. While we maintain a hybrid office in Philadelphia, PA, many positions offer remote work flexibility.
