Job Description
- Develop and manage sales forecast plans at store, warehouse and supplier level using order management systems,
- Analyze sales and stock performance in collaboration with Category and Operations teams to improve forecast accuracy,
- Manage centralized ordering processes from supplier to shelf to support availability and stock targets,
- Coordinate store feedback related to order and stock management and ensure timely corrective actions,
- Lead centralized purchasing activities for promotions, special pricing periods, year-end and peak commercial seasons,
- Manage ordering processes for products to be stocked in stores and warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
- Contribute to defining safety stock levels and stock policies,
- Take active role in demand and supply planning related projects,
- Build, automate and continuously improve reporting and analytics to optimize demand and supply planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus),
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or stock management,
- Experience in retail or FMCG sector is preferred,
- Advanced proficiency in Excel,
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Google Data Studio and other BI tools,
- Advanced level of English,
- Strong data analysis, forecasting and statistical knowledge,
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Additional Information
Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO. We’re working remotely on Fridays. You can work from anywhere on that day.
