Founded in 2012, we develop AI-powered eCommerce solutions for enterprises, including retailers, manufacturers, distributors, sellers, and brands.

We help businesses expand their product selection using marketplace and dropship models, improve supplier catalog management and payments, personalize shopping experiences, and increase profits through retail media. Our core solutions include Mirakl Nexus, an Agentic Commerce Brain; the Mirakl Marketplace and Dropship Platform; Mirakl Ads for retail media; Mirakl Connect for multi-channel selling; Mirakl Catalog Platform for supplier catalog integration; and Mirakl Payout for streamlined payments. We also develop solutions for manufacturers to manage after-sales commerce, unifying fragmented parts inventories and automating order processing.

Over 450 companies worldwide use our platforms, transacting more than $11.2 billion on Mirakl-powered marketplaces in 2024. We support over 100,000 businesses selling on our platforms, maintaining 100% uptime during peak periods like Black Friday week. Our technology manages over 600 million SKUs, 250 million API calls, and 1 billion inventory updates daily.

We generally operate with a hybrid work model, typically 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, though some roles may vary. New hires receive a structured onboarding program, including orientation and a “buddy” system for support.
