What you will do:
- Lead the full design lifecycle across legacy and modern products, guiding work from discovery to high-fidelity delivery and adoption.
- Translate business goals and user insights into personas, journey maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Plan and conduct discovery activities (user interviews, competitive research, customer working groups, journey mapping) and use research, testing, and feedback loops to validate design decisions.
- Build, maintain, and apply design system components and ensure all work aligns with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams in an Agile environment to create user-centered solutions that balance usability, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Deeply integrate AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and rapid prototyping.
- Lead the governance and scaling of design systems to support growing product needs.
- Ensure cohesive, high-quality execution by reviewing development implementation and maintaining consistency across the product suite.
- Communicate design concepts, rationale, and research findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Bring clarity to complex problems, drive alignment through clear narratives and experience principles, and advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Mentor junior designers, contribute to team rituals, improve design workflows, and strengthen design culture and best practices.
What you bring:
- 5–8 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally in enterprise, SaaS, or B2B environments.
- Strong interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and end-to-end design thinking skills.
- Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
- Background in enterprise application design, including complex system workflows.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer, etc.).
- Proficient with AI tools for design & research (UX Pilot, FigmaMake, Bolt or Lovable, Notebook LM, GPTs etc).
- Experience working with, consuming, or building design systems, including principles, components, patterns, and accessibility.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX processes and methodologies for web-based applications.
- Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and basic understanding of technologies like React or Angular.
- Ability to work effectively with Agile teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
