Job Description
MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.
We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.
MOO is looking for a pragmatic and highly collaborative Senior Agile Delivery Lead to act as the connective tissue across our Tech and Product teams. Sitting at the intersection of coaching and delivery, you’ll be responsible for driving our most complex initiatives to completion by navigating dependencies and establishing the operational guardrails that help our teams thrive. You will partner closely with leadership to provide clear visibility on progress and ensure we are constantly evolving our ways of working to deliver maximum value to our customers.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned delivery expert who enjoys navigating ambiguity and bringing order to complex, multi-team projects. We’re looking for someone who is naturally collaborative and pragmatic - you’re the person who can spot a dependency from a mile away and knows exactly how to bring people together to solve it. You’ll need to be outcome-driven and comfortable acting as a trusted partner to leadership, with the technical empathy and communication skills to stay grounded with our engineering and product teams
Responsibilities
- Drive complex delivery by coordinating multi-team initiatives to ensure we hit our quarterly commitments.
- Manage dependencies across the organisation to prevent bottlenecks and keep work moving smoothly.
- Build visibility frameworks that provide leadership with clear, real-time insight into project health and risks.
- Lead high-impact facilitation for planning, discovery, and workshops to keep teams aligned and moving
- Refine ways of working by removing process clutter and helping teams deliver value more effectively.
About You
You’re Comfortable with Ambiguity: You don’t need a rigid to-do list. You’re happy to step into a new challenge, figure out what’s broken, and start fixing it.
You’re Pragmatic: You focus on the best tool for the job… you know how to apply just enough process to keep up momentum and deliver value without over-complicating things.
You’re Outcome-Focused: You are driven by business value and customer impact. You don’t just track progress; you constantly ask if we are doing the work that actually moves the needle for the company.
A Natural Partner: You bring teams together around a common goal. You partner with folks across the business to build solutions iteratively, focusing on collaboration and shared understanding to get things done.
Strategic Ownership: You take accountability for delivery culture, building the forums and guardrails that help teams make trade-offs, surface risks early, and stay aligned on outcomes.
Driving Resilience: You help teams stay adaptable through change, keeping delivery moving through continuous improvement, clear priorities, and calm leadership.
Leading by Example: You role model high professional standards and integrity, staying transparent and grounded even when projects are complex or high-pressure.
Championing Inclusion: You help build a culture where everyone feels safe to contribute. You are aware of team dynamics and work actively to ensure all voices are heard and valued.
Nice To Have
- Experience helping teams connect delivery to measurable goals (e.g., OKRs), and using outcomes to guide prioritisation and trade-offs.
- Experience supporting organisations going through significant change or transformation.
- Experience in e-commerce and/or manufacturing environments, with an appreciation of operational complexity and commercial pace.
