Are you a “Doer” or just a “Thinker”?

At Qover, we don’t believe in ivory towers. We don’t believe in managers who have forgotten how to ship a project. We are looking for a Solutions Delivery Lead who is a master of execution—someone who can design a world-class delivery framework in the morning and dive deep into a complex project implementation in the afternoon.


The Role: Lead by Example

You will lead our Delivery and Project team, but you won’t just be sitting in meetings. You will personally own and manage our largest, most complex flagship programs. Reporting directly to the Management Team, your mission is to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and granular execution. You will set the roadmap for how we plan, govern, and measure delivery, ensuring Qover scales predictably without losing its soul.

Your Mission:

1. Execution-First Leadership (The “Doer” bit):

  • Own the Flagship: Personally manage a high-stakes, large-scale program from ideation to go-live. You’ll be the primary interface for top-tier client sponsors.
  • Steer the Ship: Navigate complex business requirements and translate them into structured, actionable program plans.
  • Platform Advocacy: Don’t just take orders; steer clients toward our configurable platform to ensure scalability.

2. People & Culture:

  • Lead and coach a small but high-performance Delivery team (Project Managers, Configurators and Business Analysts).
  • Foster a culture of extreme ownership and transparency.
  • We want a mentor who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and show the team “how it’s done” in the trenches.

3. Operational Excellence (Scaling the Chaos):

  • Design and implement a company-wide delivery framework (RACI, stage-gates, KPI trees) that balances startup agility with enterprise-grade governance.
  • Master the “KPI Hierarchy”—track leading and lagging metrics to socialise dashboards with the executive team.
  • Optimize our toolkit (Jira, Confluence, Notion) so data flows effortlessly from execution to reporting.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 3 years leading people.
  • A “Hands-on” Veteran: You have a proven track record of shipping complex, multi-stakeholder projects in client-facing environments.
  • Startup Grit: You don’t need a 50-page manual to get started. You thrive in ambiguity and see “uncomfortable” as an opportunity to build something better.
  • Process Architect: You love a good KPI tree and know how to build capacity-planning models that actually work.
  • Consulting DNA: Experience in Program Management consulting is a major plus—especially if you’ve handled enterprise-level clients.
