Job Description
Provide full range of Client Trading services, including:
- Prepare custody documents.
- Liaise with administrators, investment managers, clients, vendors, and transfer agents to address daily operational matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams (client operations, investor operations, AML/compliance, governance, banking, Fund of Fund Operations, Vendor Management, Swift Operations, Client Integration) to resolve custody queries and meet deliverables.
- Participate in system improvement initiatives.
- Accurately prepare and execute all trading documents and AML/KYC packages for underlying fund administrators, adhering to operational controls and procedures.
- Conduct post-trade settlements, perform callbacks, and confirm trades are executed by deadlines and client instructions, maintaining precise documentation.
- Independently resolve custody trade execution queries and issues, taking full ownership of trade processing.
- Liaise with clients, third parties, and internal teams to address trading-related queries and issues promptly, ensuring all deliverables and client requests are met according to SLAs.
- Assist with the ongoing improvement of departmental processes and procedures.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education/University Degree with a concentration in finance, accounting or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience working in the fund administration industry with exposure to Client Delivery, Investor Delivery and/or AML/KYC processes
