Senior Sales Leader – IT Services

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Leader with a strong track record in selling IT Services within the Japan market. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, strong C-level connections, and the ability to drive complex sales cycles while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and achieve annual sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and execute strategies to identify new prospects, generate leads, and convert them into customers
- Engage with senior management at client organizations and internally to define pursuit strategies and messaging
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners
- Understand client business objectives and align solutions to meet their strategic goals
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to develop customized proposals
- Participate in RFPs and sales opportunities with cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to drive new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of proven sales experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Product/Platform organizations
- Strong network and connections with C-level executives
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Solid understanding of IT Services and digital transformation offerings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong hunting mindset with the ability to sell large and complex solutions
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field
