職務概要 (Job Overview)
Salesforceとの戦略的な関係構築、パートナーアライアンス、エグゼクティブエンゲージメント、Go-To-Market (GTM) execution、そしてブランド構築を通じて、NagarroのJapan growth strategyをリードしていただきます。
本ポジションは、Salesforce Japan、戦略パートナー、およびEnterprise Customersとの信頼関係を構築し、Qualified PipelineおよびRevenue Growthを加速させるフロントエンドの代表者として活躍いただく役割です。
主要業務内容 (Key Responsibilities)
- Japan GTM Strategyの策定および実行
- End-to-EndのSales Pipeline管理およびRevenue Growthの推進
- Salesforce JapanのAE、Partner Manager、Alliance Team、Solution EngineerとのExecutive Relationshipを構築・強化
- Joint Proposal、POC、Co-Selling Initiativesの推進およびLocal Partnerとの関係構築
- Executive Customer Meeting、Workshop、Transformation Discussionのリード
- Agentforce World Tour、Dreamforce、Webinar、Sponsored EventにおけるNagarroの参画を推進
- Sales、Pre-Sales、Delivery TeamおよびGlobal Practiceとの連携・調整
応募要件 (Required Skills & Experience)
- Enterprise Consulting、Strategic Sales、またはAlliance領域で12～18年以上の経験
- CRM（Salesforce Preferred）、ERP、AI、Integrationに関する強い知識・経験
- Salesforce Ecosystemでの経験（Accreditation保有者歓迎）
- Native LevelまたはBusiness Level Japanese、およびBusiness English
- 優れたExecutive Communication SkillsおよびStakeholder Management能力
