Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 9+ years
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture (MSA).
- Hands-on experience with Python, especially for AI/ML integration and automation.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning services.
- Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Experience with API design, event-driven architecture, and system integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ability to drive AI adoption across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including code generation, automated reviews, and testing acceleration.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Java and Microservices architecture.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction across teams.
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities within SDLC to improve engineering productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in system design, coding standards, and DevOps integration.
- Mentor development teams and guide them on modern architecture and design patterns.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure robust API design, event-driven systems, and distributed architecture implementation.
- Oversee system performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
