Job Description :
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership o Develop and execute the organization’s cloud & network infrastructure, DevOps roadmap in line with continent tech strategy and global standard o Align infrastructure initiatives with business goals, emphasizing cost optimization and agility o Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and regulations related to cloud and network management o Drive innovation and continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes
- Cloud Management & Architecture o Oversee cloud operations (Alicloud, AWS, Azure) including migration, resource allocation, and cost management o Design resilient, scalable cloud architectures for SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments o Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans in the cloud environment o Monitor and analyze cloud performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
- Cloud Network & Security o Optimize cloud network performance (VPCs, VPNs, CDNs) and troubleshoot connectivity o Implement security frameworks (Zero Trust, encryption) and ensure compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)
- DevOps o Following global DevOps practice and process, drive the adoption of DevOps principles and practices across the organization, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and manage the respective capabilities and processes o Promote DevOps culture, integrating monitoring tools (eg. Prometheus, ELK Stack) for system reliability o Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of cloud services o Plan and implement DevSecOps for the long term
- Budget & Vendor Management o Manage infrastructure budgets and negotiate contracts with cloud vendors
- Team Leadership o Mentor cloud engineers, network specialists, and DevOps team member from vendors o Foster cross-departmental collaboration with software development and security teams o Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology and DevOps tools
