Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 4+ years
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
- Strong experience in Workday integration development and support.
- Expertise in EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation
- Experience with Workday Business Process configuration and support.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting and BIRT report development
- Functional understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Management Systems (EMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with Workday Security configuration and administration.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and tools.
- Workday Certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment with overlap to US/UK business hours.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules including Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain integrations using EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
Configure and support Workday Business Processes based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration and functional issues, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and BIRT reports.
Manage and support Workday security roles, domains, and security configurations.
Upload and maintain Workday content, including onboarding materials, questionnaires, and learning content.
Provide ongoing functional and technical support for existing Workday HCM solutions.
Participate in system testing, release management, and production support activities.
Follow ITSM processes for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
