The Senior Digital Marketing Creative (Paid Ads) is responsible for producing high-performing, scroll-stopping creative assets for paid social campaigns across platforms. This role combines strong creative execution with a deep understanding of digital marketing performance, translating marketing briefs into compelling visual content that drives engagement and conversions. Produce high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns. Focusing on turning briefs into engaging video and motion-based content that drives results.
Responsibilities:
- Create social media ads for paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Edit video, motion graphics, and basic audio for ad creatives
- Turn marketing briefs into strong creative outputs quickly
- Produce multiple variations per concept for A/B testing
- Work across different tones: meme-style, playful, and polished branded ads
- Use influencer/mommy blogger content + internal design assets
- Collaborate with the creative lead to develop and refine ad concepts
- Deliver fast-turnaround creative without heavy revisions
Qualifications
- Strong experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Good understanding of social media ads and what performs online
- Able to create multiple creative versions quickly (not just one output)
- Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
- Strong awareness of social trends, memes, and platform culture
- Able to work across different brands and audience types
- Amenable to work Monday to Friday, 3:00pm-12:00am
