Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, systems-oriented EA to support a fast-moving founder. This role goes beyond task execution — you’ll build scalable workflows, manage high-impact projects, and optimize systems that drive meaningful business and nonprofit initiatives. Ownership, autonomy, and growth are key.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Turn ideas into actionable plans, track progress, and keep initiatives moving.
- Systems & Optimization: Design workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and automations; troubleshoot tech issues.
- Communication: Represent the founder with partners and collaborators; draft clear emails and calls.
- Operational Execution: Implement strategic initiatives, synthesize information, and build systems for long-term impact.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with strong project management and systems skills (Notion, automation tools)
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Proactive, reliable, and growth-oriented
- Creative problem solver, energized by meaningful work
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments; excited to scale operational systems
- Ammenable to working in overlap with PST time zone
