Job Description
Lead Integration Architecture & Development
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Boomi integrations (Atoms), ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions across diverse applications and databases
Drive Data Mapping & Transformation Strategy:
- Define and review complex data mapping and transformation approaches, ensuring consistency, performance, and best practices across integration flows.
API Strategy & Governance:
- Lead the design and governance of RESTful APIs and web services, establishing standards for security, scalability, and reuse.
Incident Management & Optimization:
- Guide troubleshooting efforts, mentor team members in resolving integration issues, and ensure high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of systems.
Technical Documentation & Standards:
- Establish and enforce documentation standards, ensuring clear technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and process documentation are maintained.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to shape technical solutions, align priorities, and drive successful delivery across teams.
Qualifications
Platform Expertise:
- 8+ years of proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere integration processes.
Technical skills:
- Strong understanding of XML, JSON, SQL, and integration patterns.
Leadership skills:
- Technical Mentorship - Ability to guide and support team members, share knowledge, and help others grow their technical skills through coaching and constructive feedback.
- Decision-Making & Ownership - Capacity to make informed technical decisions, take responsibility for outcomes, and lead projects with confidence while balancing trade-offs.
Language skills:
- Fluency in English language is a must.
