Job Description
As a Principal AI Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions across industries, combining deep technical expertise with strategic client engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead AI strategy workshops, translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including classical ML models and Generative AI applications
- Build and operationalize MLOps pipelines using cloud-native tools, applying software engineering principles such as CI/CD, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and prompt engineering
- Support pre-sales efforts and lead hands-on development of PoCs and MVPs
- Communicate AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences, while mentoring junior team members and shaping internal best practices for AI delivery
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture
- Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade ML/AI pipelines, including proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud-native MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with ability to lead client-facing engagements and mentor junior team members
- Deep expertise in Generative AI and experience with modern data platforms
