Job Description
We’re looking for a resourceful Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you’ll help us identify and engage top technical talent across Europe, playing a key role in building the foundation of our hiring success.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates for technical roles using multiple channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and meaningful conversations about opportunities at Nagarro.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to align on profiles, sourcing strategies, and market insights.
- Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles.
- Strong research and Boolean search skills; familiarity with professional networking and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Curious about technology and motivated to learn about different roles and skill sets.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
