We are looking for an experienced Practice / Sales Leader to drive business growth in the Non-Profit and Education sector across the European region, with a strong focus on Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Nagarro as a trusted strategic partner.
Job Description
- Drive new business development in the Non-Profit & Education sector across Europe, with a focus on the German market
- Work closely with the Non-Profit & Education practice team and regional sales teams to identify prospects, set appointments, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle through closure
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to successfully navigate and grow the regional market
- Nurture and expand existing client relationships to ensure sustainable account growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by building strong relationships and deeply understanding customer needs and vision
- Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and other documentation for executive-level stakeholders
- Collect customer references and testimonials to support business development activities
- Ensure delivery excellence by aligning customer expectations with delivery teams and ensuring outcomes meet or exceed client vision
Qualifications
- Strong experience in client interaction and senior stakeholder management
- Proven track record in pre-sales support and go-to-market strategy execution (expert level)
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts, ideally in the Non-Profit and/or Education sector
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and complex sales cycles
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across geographies
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
