Job Description
- Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE).
- Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions and blueprints.
- System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting).
- Support in all project phases - conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM.
- As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.
Qualifications
- Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY).
- Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics.
- Experience with project management and consulting methods.
- Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness as well as solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
- Business fluent German and fluent English.
- Communication and teamwork skills and a convincing appearance.
