Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in the Manufacturing domain and exposure to AI-driven initiatives.
- Leading requirements gathering and analysis for complex, AI-enabled systems.
- Defining and structuring AI use cases, including business case and ROI measurement.
- Designing requirements for a system that automates design basis document management by extracting client requirements and aligning outputs with internal rules and standards.
- Generates actionable and structured outputs.
- Contributing to the development of an NLP-based chat interface used for refinement, recommendations, and user interaction.
- Facilitating and leading client workshops independently.
- Producing high-quality deliverables such as BRDs, user stories, process flows, and roadmaps.
- Supporting solution design and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Driving a consulting-oriented approach, guiding clients through problem definition to solution roadmap.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in Manufacturing industry domain.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis & documentation.
- Experience working on AI-related projects (defining requirements, use cases, validation).
- Ability to create AI use cases, business cases, and define ROI measurement.
- Strong capability to bridge Business, Functional, and IT teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
- Ability to conduct client workshops independently.
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, roadmaps).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good To Have Skills :
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts (especially NLP, recommendation systems).
- Experience with conversational interfaces / chatbot solutions.
- Exposure to data-driven systems and analytics.
- Experience in consulting environments.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Visio.
- Basic understanding of system integrations / APIs.
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
Additional Information
The client requires team members to be based in or travel to Copenhagen. Remote work may be considered; however, availability for travel is mandatory, either during project initiation or on a recurring basis (e.g., 1–2 times per month).
