Job Description

• Development and implementation of change strategies in transformation projects – ideally in the context of SAP
• Design and rollout of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane)
• Creation of AI-driven learning solutions and personalized enablement concepts
• Experience in implementing corporate learning management systems (LMS, LXP, etc.)
• Integration of technologies to enhance accessibility and user experience
• Execution of stakeholder analyses, communication initiatives, and training programs
• Close collaboration with HR development, IT, and business departments

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Change-Strategien in Transformationsprojekten - idealerweise im Kontext von SAP
• Konzeption und Einführung von Digital Adoption Platforms (z. B. SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane)
• Gestaltung von AI-gestützten Lernlösungen und personalisierten Enablement-Konzepten
• Erfahrungen in der Einführung von betrieblichen Lernmanagementsystemen (LMS, LXP etc.)
• Berücksichtigung von Technologien zur Förderung von Barrierefreiheit und User Experience
• Durchführung von Stakeholderanalysen, Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Trainings
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Personalentwicklung, IT und Fachbereichen

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally within technology-driven projects
• Expertise in the use and implementation of Digital Adoption Tools and learning platforms
• Familiar with change methodologies such as ADKAR or comparable frameworks
• Passion for emerging technologies, AI-based learning, user experience, and digital learning trends
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a keen sense for organizations in transition
• Excellent command of both German and English
