Role - SAP FICO Consultant
Location - Alpharetta, GA 30022
Work Model - Onsite - Hybrid

Job Overview:
Expectations (highlights):
- A Senior SAP PS Consultant designs, implements, and optimizes Project System solutions in SAP S/4HANA (or ECC6, as needed).
- Leading projects by gathering requirements, configuring modules, integrating with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO).
- Mentoring juniors, and guiding clients on best practices, requiring strong functional expertise, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Design:
- Lead implementation/rollout projects, facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and design complex, tailored solutions.
Configuration & Optimization:
- Configure and customize SAP PS (Project System) module, for holistic process improvement.
Integration & Architecture:
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO) and external systems.
Testing & Documentation:
- Develop functional specifications, oversee testing (UAT, Unit Testing), and create training materials.
Mentorship & Support:
- Mentor junior consultants, provide post-go-live support, and resolve complex user issues.
Client Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, manage risks, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 to 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with involvement in at least 3 to 5 full-cycle implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP PS, S/4HANA, and related modules Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Business acumen to translate Project Business needs into SAP solutions.
- Project management experience (often in global, multi-disciplinary team)
- Experience: Mergers and acquisition and large projects is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Qualifications
Must have Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FICO.
- SAP PS (Strong).
Good To Have Skills:
- SAP SD (Capable), SAP MM (Capable), SAP FI (Capable).
