Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 6+ years
- Strong Salesforce experience with hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and SOQL.
- Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Automation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or finance systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements
- Â Configure CPQ components including Products, Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approvals.
- Support and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Â Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as Billing, ERP, and Finance platforms.
- Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and ensure system performance and stability.
- Participate in unit testing, system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Provide post-production support and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
