Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 4+ years
- Â Strong experience in Workday HCM Functional Consulting
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration and business process management
- Expertise in Talent and Performance modules
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership skills with experience mentoring team members
- Experience working in Agile environments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and support Workday HCM modules, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Ensure Workday configurations align with business processes and organizational needs
- Provide expertise in Talent and Performance modules, including issue resolution and enhancements
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features, trends, and best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, test plans, and user guides
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of Workday solutions within project timelines and budgets
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively
- Communicate technical/functional concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align Workday solutions with overall IT strategy
- Support Agile project delivery and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
