We are currently looking for a Training Scheduler to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.
Position Highlights:
The Training Scheduler is responsible for planning, organizing, and maintaining training schedules across multiple programs, including classroom, virtual, and eLearning formats. This role ensures the timely delivery of training sessions, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient coordination of instructors, facilities, and resources. The Training Scheduler serves as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to internal teams, training centers, and external customers. Additional responsibilities include managing onsite training logistics, monitoring instructor quality, tracking material orders, and supporting special projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Do:
- Customer & Administrative Suppor t
- Handle customer inquiries related to training schedules and registrations via phone, email, and chat.
- Process student data, registrations, and payments while maintaining confidentiality.
- Document interactions and resolve complex scheduling issues promptly.
- Assist training centers with material orders, instructor renewals, and licensing processes.
- Training Scheduling & Coordination
- Develop and maintain training calendars for all programs, including classroom, virtual, and eLearning courses.
- Schedule classes based on program demand and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate instructor assignments, certifications, and monitoring schedules.
- Prepare instructor confirmations and review schedules for accuracy.
- Manage onsite training logistics, including proposals, product orders, invoicing, and instructor expenses.
- Secure classroom facilities, negotiate rental agreements, and manage budgets.
- Ensure proper arrangements for space, parking, audio-visual needs, and cost efficiency.
- Track and order training materials and forms proactively to avoid delays and unnecessary expenses.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure adherence in all scheduling activities.
- Support quality monitoring of instructors and training sessions.
- Communicate system issues and propose solutions related to scheduling and registration processes.
- Provide data analytics, reporting, and feedback for process improvements.
- Develop and document scheduling procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
We’re Looking for Someone with:
- High school diploma or equivalent required · Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or training operations
- 2+ years experience in a Customer Contact Center
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- This is a remote position.
- Hourly rate for this role is: $21.75.
