Job Description
- Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts using UFT and Selenium;
- Execute and analyze automated tests to identify defects and areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage;
- Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks;
- Investigate and report software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and best practices;
- Provide accurate and timely status reports on testing progress and results;
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members;
- Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to test automation;
Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation;
- Strong proficiency in UFT and Selenium for test automation;
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python;
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus;
- Proficiency in French ( C1 level mandatory).
