Job Description
Main tasks and goals:
- Launches counts to inform the considerations of the Marketing project managers.
- Receives communication assets and sending the proofs (BAT).
- Sets up the campaign and channels (targeting and integrating communication assets + offline).
- Makes the KIT available in the CRM tool.
Specific Responsabilities:
- Supervises and develops the skills of the CRM Marketing Officers.
- Is responsible for the campaigns and assures their quality.
- Monitors KPIs and creates performance reports for the campaigns.
- Acts as the business responsible for evolutionary maintenance.
- Manages CRM projects (in support of the Team Leader).
Qualifications
- Marketing or Business and Economics;
- CRM - good knowledge;
- Knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools.
- Fluent in English and French (minimum B2);
- Rigorous;
- Organized;
- Communicative;
- Altruistic.
