Job Description

Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Senior Internal Consultant to join its BMDT (Business Management, Development and Transformation) team, within the SF (Support Functions) department.

  • Execution of organization-wide project processes and activities, providing knowledge sharing and feedback to the team, contributing to the development of Organization Consulting, Transformation and/or Business Management.
  • Assists Project Leaders/Managers in the creation of project proposals that are compelling and impactful, by analyzing processes and articulating business needs.
  • Contributes to the definition of each transversal and strategic project scope by articulating each area’s business needs.
  • Concludes specific assignments such as designing, documenting and analyzing information, while providing recommendations and insights to support project deliverables (e.g., reports, presentations).
  • Designs and conducts project activities (e.g. meetings, focus groups, workshops), interacting with relevant stakeholders of the areas and providing the necessary documentation material.
  • Develops solutions and recommendations to address the identified business needs.
  • Contributes to change management by communicating the benefits of proposed changes, engaging employees in the change process, and ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes.
  • Carries out baseline assessments, follow-up analyses and tracking to measure project success, delivering suggestions and recommendations based on own data gathering, interpretation and analysis.
  • Keeps up-to-date with the Industry and best practice trends, using insights to implement new processes and initiatives in the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree
  • Fluent in English and French as a plus.
