- Nava HQ: An AI-powered platform for HR teams that handles renewals, audits, compliance, and employee support. It includes an AI assistant, real-time renewals, benchmarking, benefits administration (Ben Admin) integrations, billing audits, centralized document management, and employee engagement tools. This platform helps HR teams make quicker decisions and saves them 20 to 40+ hours per month on administrative tasks.
- HQ for Employees: A 24⁄7 benefits concierge service available through a mobile app. It helps employees and their families understand their plans, answers benefits questions with AI, finds providers, tracks medical spending, and stores digital insurance cards.
We combine benefits advisors with technology to provide expertise in alternative health plan strategies like self-funding, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), and captives. We work with small to mid-market businesses. Since we launched, we’ve helped over 600 employers and 70,000 employees. Our clients typically save over 8% on renewals, and 97% of members are satisfied.
