Since 1992, we’ve provided human resources, benefits, and payroll services, along with HR technology solutions, to small and mid-size businesses. Our services help clients improve their operations, support employee well-being, and boost productivity. We build scalable HR, benefits, and payroll infrastructures designed for each business.

We offer flexible outsourcing for HR, payroll, and benefits administration. Clients choose from non-proprietary HRIS technologies like ADP (Workforce Now), Rippling, and Paylocity (we also use Zenefits for payroll and tech setup). We provide full support for the chosen technology, managing its implementation, configuration, and ongoing use.

Our main service modules include: Technology Implementation and Support, Payroll Processing, International Payroll and HR, Benefits Advisory and Brokerage, Benefits Administration and Support, HR Administration and Support, HR and Benefits Compliance, Leave of Absence Administration, HR Advisory, Employee Relations Support, and Employee Support. Clients can choose individual modules or bundle them for a full-service solution.

We serve over 150 clients in 38 U.S. states and 17 countries. Annually, we process more than $650 million in payroll and premiums. We have a 97% client retention rate and have always operated without outside funding.

This setup prevents single points of failure and allows us to flexibly add or remove team members as client needs change.
