Position: Process Automation Capability Lead
How You Will Make an Impact:
Navaide is seeking a Process Automation Capability Lead to build, scale, and lead our process automation capability across federal and defense clients. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality process automation solutions, developing talent and playbooks, and driving growth through differentiated process automation offerings.
This leader is expected to operate as a triple-threat:
- Sustain high-quality delivery on current process automation engagements
- Build scalable process automation infrastructure, talent, and accelerators
- Grow the business through solution shaping, capture support, and client expansion
The Process Automation Capability Lead will work closely with Market, Capability, and Growth Teams to embed process automation into Navaide’s digital transformation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of process automation initiatives across client programs (RPA, workflow automation, low-code, AI-assisted automation)
Ensure delivery quality, performance metrics, and client satisfaction
Establish delivery standards, governance, and QA for process automation work
Support PMs and delivery teams with technical leadership and escalation
Ensure process automation solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable in federal environments
Stand up and mature Navaide’s process automation capability through development of process automation playbooks and SOPs; reusable accelerators, templates, and solution patterns; and reference architectures and best practices
Build and lead the automation talent pipeline by mentoring and developing process automation engineers and architects, defining role-based learning paths and certification guidance, creating fast onboarding approaches for new process automation resources
Establish and manage Communities of Practice and knowledge-sharing forums
Driving process automation innovation through prototypes and testing of new process automation approaches
Partner with Growth and Market Teams to identify process automation opportunities in existing and new accounts
Support capture efforts through solution shaping, technical volumes, and orals
Develop process automation-led value propositions aligned to federal mission needs
Build trusted client relationships as a technical and strategic advisor
Help define Navaide’s process automation roadmap and market positioning
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology delivery
- Demonstrated leadership building and scaling technical teams or practices
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as: UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps), or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and process automation lifecycle
- Experience delivering solutions in federal or regulated environments
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading automation programs across multiple clients or portfolios
- Proficiency with Agile / SAFe delivery environments
- Experience integrating process automation with enterprise systems (ERP, HR, Finance, Logistics, Data platforms)
- Background in consulting or professional services
- Relevant certifications (UiPath, Microsoft, Agile, etc.)
