Job Description
About Platform Distribution & Partnerships: Platform Distribution and Partnerships (PD&P) is a division of NBCUniversal’s media group responsible for the distribution and monetization of the company’s multi-billion-dollar linear and streaming services portfolio to pay-tv providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms and devices, and consumer brands. A key revenue-generator, the division is comprised of content distribution, affiliate relations and strategic partnerships across NBC, Peacock, Bravo, Telemundo and various FAST channels.
Lead NBCU’s cross company strategy and alignment across key tech and media/telco partners. This role is the central orchestrator responsible for driving internal coordination, breaking down silos, and ensuring the enterprise moves cohesively on partnership priorities. You will shape strategic opportunities, manage executive level partnership governance, and connect partnership execution to long range strategy. Responsibilities
- Serve as the central shepherd for NBCU’s internal alignment across major tech and media/telco partnerships.
- Own enterprise partnership strategy across NBCU, Comcast, and key strategic partners, ensuring unified priorities and coordinated execution.
- Break down silos across business units to unlock cross‑company synergies and accelerate decision‑making.
- Identify and evaluate new monetization, innovation, and long‑range strategic opportunities across the partner ecosystem.
- Explore new partnership structures and strategic models beyond current agreements.
- Lead quarterly executive partnership discussions and turn complex cross‑functional work into clear, actionable strategic narratives.
- Provide insights and structured recommendations that inform long‑range planning, working closely with Corporate Strategy.
Qualifications
- Strategic leader with experience in consulting, partner strategy, or corporate strategy.
- Expert at driving alignment across complex, matrixed organizations and influencing executives without authority.
- Clear, structured communicator who simplifies complexity and creates strategic clarity for cross‑functional teams.
- Experienced operating in environments that span tech, media, or telco.

Additional Requirements
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
