We develop and distribute cloud-based solutions in the Point of Sale (POS) and payment sector for small businesses. Since 2015, we have served over 17,000 companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our solutions are designed for speed, user-friendliness, and future-proof technology. Since July 2023, ready2order has been part of the Zucchetti Group.
Our core product is a cloud POS system that operates on EU servers and is 100% tax office-compliant for Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. The software is compatible with Windows, Android, Mac, and iOS, so it runs on existing tablets, smartphones, Macs, or PCs. We also offer our own hardware terminals, including the flexible readyTab tablet cash register, the all-in-one readyGo (POS system, card terminal, receipt printer), the expandable readyMax 2 (with receipt printer and optional customer display), and the compact readyMini POS terminal.
We design the system for various industries, including gastronomy (with features like table management, wireless ordering, separate bills, happy hour, and takeaway functions), retail, and service sectors (such as hairdressing, cosmetics, health, and crafts).
Our key features include quick setup, inventory management, employee access rights, customer data management, real-time sales analyses, and accounting integrations (PDF export, compatibility with BMD, RZL). The readyPay payment service enables cashless transactions for common cards and mobile payments (Maestro/V-Pay, MasterCard/Visa, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) via NFC.

We have approximately 80 employees representing 12 nationalities. It starts with an introduction to the POS system from a customer’s perspective, followed by IT security and data protection training. Team-specific onboarding includes social activities like team lunches and coffee chats.
