DreamWorks Animation Television is seeking a Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the studio’s streaming-based marketing efforts, reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing & Promotions.
The primary function of this role is to support the television marketing team across multiple strategic initiatives including series launches, ongoing brand-building and awareness campaigns, distributor & promotional partnerships, cross-divisional and symphony efforts, and special projects. This role will interface extensively with colleagues in the department and externally with teams across the NBCU organization (production teams, Franchise Management, Products & Experiences, Destinations & Experiences).

Job Description
“What would you say you do here?”
Support brand marketing campaigns for series launches by creating presentations, partner pitch decks, creative briefs, and collaborating with the team on campaign plans.
Support Global Brand Partnerships by collaborating with vendors on promotional campaigns, managing contractual agreements, and ensuring creative alignment with brand standards.
Oversee costume character booking, scheduling, and billing with vendors and internal partners for studio-led initiatives.
Coordinate the development, ordering, and distribution of premiums for field marketing and partnership promotions.
Serve as point of contact for external partner marketing materials to route for stakeholder approval.
Qualifications
“What do I need to have in order to do this job?”
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Minimum of 1 year with relevant experience in marketing
Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily tasks and have strong follow up
Must be a flexible, independent worker, proactive and resourceful
Proficiency in balancing imaginative vision with logical problem-solving
Desired Qualifications: “What can I offer?”
A passion for entertainment and interest in animation and kid pop culture
Creative design skills for presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint
This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
