Job Description
Universal Entertainment FP&A is hiring a Manager of Finance, responsible for supporting and managing the consolidation, analysis, and forecasting of global costs under Universal Entertainment. The role is in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consolidation and analysis of Universal Entertainment global costs, with focus on Overhead/SG&A
- Presentation of cost results and future forecasts to CFO’s
- Management of Overhead for major forecast cycles (Long Range Plan, Budget, etc.)
- Direct collaboration with finance teams from across Universal Entertainment business units to ensure coordinated processes and timely reporting
- Leverage existing financial system to build robust analytical tools to support pacing and estimate processes
- Create new cost reporting dashboards & executive reports
- Work closely with CFOs on special projects and cost initiatives
- Act as finance manager for Universal Studios Group business units providing overhead support to ~20 Executive department leaders spanning all functions (Programming, Production, Business Affairs, Legal, Research, Finance, Legal, HR, etc.)
- Responsible for the quarterly analysis of Headcount and Headcount updates into SAC
- Support/Manage ad-hoc projects, analyses, and presentations, including SAC OH model project
- Support/Manage Project Keystone Code Block updates and transition
Qualifications

- Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of Finance experience
- High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with SAP (preferred but not required)
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
