Job Description

This is a project/limited term position, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

The Graphic Designer will support integrated marketing campaigns across Telemundo’s linear, streaming, digital, social, CRM, and partnership platforms, including the Telemundo App and Peacock. This temporary role creates platform-specific assets while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Strong knowledge of the omnichannel environment, including on-air, streaming, CRM, paid media, and multiplatform versioning, is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design, produce and participate in the design and execution of elements ranging from on-air still graphics, & special campaigns to animated packages.
  • Work cooperatively with Designers, Producers, Editors and Creative Directors in creating campaign graphics.
  • Partner with Creative Directors to support cross-platform campaigns.
  • Design assets for linear, streaming, digital, social, CRM, app, and paid media platforms, including key art, social graphics, email modules, push and in-app graphics, banners, presentation materials, and streaming end pages.
  • Participate in brainstorms, design ideations, pitches, and executions for innovative and engaging creative activations.
  • Support campaigns for the Telemundo App, Peacock, and other distribution platforms, ensuring accurate branding and messaging.
  • Prepare final production-ready files for digital, social, app, CRM, paid media, and on-air environments.
  • Work with in-house team and outside vendors, managing retouching, rendering and delivery of elements, toolkits, and style guides.
  • Promote excellence through effective detail-oriented quality control.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Works under the direct supervision Design Manager and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

  • Experience designing integrated campaigns across on-air, streaming, digital, social, CRM, app, and paid media platforms.
  • Strong, positive, clear communicator skills; ability to articulate ideas, rationale, and nuance.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-10 years of experience working at a network or broadcast design agency
  • Strong skills in animation and design, demonstrating creativity.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in both motion design and key art concepting and development.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects)
  • Knowledge of streaming, CRM, paid media, and digital asset requirements.
  • Understanding of the implementation of design elements across 360-degree marketing campaigns is a must.
  • Exceptional sense of layout and typography.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
  • Must have a portfolio that demonstrates excellent design skills and capability
  • Willingness to travel with short notice and on weekends
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 247 production work environment
  • Must be willing to work in the greater Miami, Florida area
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
