Job Description
As a member of the Strategic Partnerships group within the NBCUniversal Philadelphia Sales organization, you would be joining a small, high-impact team dedicated to driving ROI-focused strategy and accelerating business growth. Working closely under the direction of the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you would help support sales growth by developing compelling, creative content and delivering strategic presentations that resonate with clients and advance their business objectives. In this role, you would also serve as a central point of coordination, acting as a liaison between internal teams—including Local and National Sales, Marketing, Digital, News, and Ad Operations—and external partners such as clients and agencies, ensuring alignment, seamless collaboration, and successful execution across all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Communicate, implement, and coordinate traditional and non-traditional marketing campaigns to support all sales efforts.
- Pitch Development: Write and deliver customized pitch ideas and presentations to both internal and external audiences
- Asset Delivery: Collaborate with news/sports producers, graphics, and digital teams to ensure the prompt delivery of marketing assets that align with brand and strategic goals
- Digital & Social Strategy: Utilize digital expertise to implement sales and marketing plans across various platforms, including creating and launching paid social media campaigns
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns to ensure client ROI
- Event & Field Production: Organize and coordinate on-site client production shoots and event activations
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- Strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, and Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work across NBC10, Telemundo 62, and NBC Sports Philadelphia products to support cross-selling efforts
- Must have a current driver’s license and access to a car for on-site needs
- Fluency in the Spanish language is a plus
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator capacity
- Sports Knowledge: Knowledge or expertise regarding local Philadelphia sports teams is a significant plus
- Research Skills: Basic understanding of media research
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum of four days per week in the Philadelphia office; one day remote)
