Job Description
The FP&A & Analytics Transformation Manager is a critical role within FP&A for NBCUniversal’s long term finance transformation initiative, Project Keystone. This role will support the Corporate HQ FP&A team as well as businesses across NBCU, serving as a key point of contact and liaison for the business units from an FP&A and analytics transformation perspective. This role will be a key technology enabler, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive excellence in planning and analytics capabilities using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). In this role you will become an SAC super user, helping create dynamic dashboards for FP&A teams and educating users on how to use the system as well as build their own reporting. You will align with your FP&A team members on planning and analytics requirements to ensure business critical inputs are incorporated into future state designs. You will play a key role in driving the evolution of FP&A forward, focusing on improving and standardizing processes and managing existing planning solutions, with the mission to simplify and automate as a guiding principle. The ideal candidate will understand FP&A/business planning and analytic requirements, have a keen sense for process simplification, and be system/data savvy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAC introduction trainings and dashboard building workshops (you will first participate as a trainee before stepping up to facilitate)
- Attend SAC planning solution design & build workshops and provide guidance/feedback on process and design decisions. Provide ongoing support and issue triage after these solutions are launched.
- Create SAC reporting/dashboards for Corporate FP&A and other teams/businesses
- Own continuous FP&A process improvement including seeking adopting new features/technologies as they become available
- Manage Corporate BPC system instance as business user administrator
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other relevant area and a minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles
- Experience in the media industry a plus
- Experience using data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAC, or similar) to communicate financial performance and trends
- Exceptional ability to present financial insights to senior leadership in a clear and compelling way
- Solid understanding of Finance/FP&A processes, systems, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to drive process improvements and automation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Change champion with a results-oriented mindset, able to translate business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to maintain momentum and drive change
- Outstanding problem-solving skills within functional and technical areas
- Ability to represent NBCU with third party implementors with a collaborative mindset
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible)
