Job Description
We are seeking a experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our Consumer Data Enablement product team within Operations & Technology. In this role, you will work on external and internal customer enterprise products to create impactful solutions that leverage consumer data. This role will involve product management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, user testing, product design, and leadership ensuring that our products meet both organizational goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in user research, experience principles, and business objectives.
- Lead discovery efforts including user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and concept validation to inform product direction.
- Synthesize business goals, user insights, and data into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria.
- Partner closely with other product managers and engineering to concept, iterate, and validate solutions that improve usability and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to experience strategy, information architecture, and user flow development to ensure cohesive end-to-end journeys.
- Facilitate product design reviews to ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Analyze product data, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Prioritize features and optimizations based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer outcomes.
- Ensure final implementations align with intended user experience and defined success metrics.
- Serve as the voice of the user within cross-functional teams, embedding customer insights into decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, user experience research, product design, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, economics, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record contributing to the launch and iteration of enterprise-scale digital platforms (internal or external), preferably consumer-facing products.
- Experience leading user research initiatives (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic research, journey mapping).
- Experience translating research insights into actionable product requirements and roadmap decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments.
Preferred Characteristics
- Strong understanding and implementation of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
- Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
- Developed and rolled out best practice user centric experience and design patterns to product managers and engineers.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000
