Job Description

The Product Manager, AI Enablement is responsible for building and scaling AI starter kits and work accelerators that reshape how teams at NBCUniversal think about and execute the PDLC in an AI-native environment.

This role acts as a consultative product partner for a single business unit, diagnosing workflow friction and guiding teams through AI-enabled shifts in planning, prioritization, and delivery while driving measurable adoption of AI starter kits. Product Managers focus on strong execution, customer empathy, and developing product management fundamentals while helping teams move toward self-service agent building using shared accelerators and patterns.

What You Will Own

  • Own and evolve the product backlog for assigned AI accelerators and starter kits, prioritizing reusable patterns that scale across teams.
  • Drive prioritization of features and stories in partnership with senior product, engineering, and design leaders.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and contribute to PRDs to support delivery.
  • Own a single BU enablement engagement, acting as the primary day-to-day product contact for that partnership.
  • Drive measurable adoption of AI starter kits, ensuring teams evolve how they plan, prioritize, and deliver work using AI-enables workflows.
  • Demonstrate and model AI-native product practices but using AI assistants to materially improve workflow speed, clarity, and decision quality.
  • Manage features and enhancements for AI accelerators and internal enablement products.
  • Lead structured discovery with business units to identify workflow friction and translate ambiguous needs into reusable AI-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with teams to centralize product knowledge for AI-enabled workflows
  • Partner with engineering and Product Design throughout delivery.
  • Assist with enablement of activities such as documentation, training, and onboarding.
  • Track adoption, usage, and qualitative feedback to inform iteration.
  • Learn and apply responsible AI and enterprise product standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management, business analysis, or related experience.
  • Exposure digital products, platforms, or internal tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI assistants or automation tools to improve personal or team workflows.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify pinch points and patterns.
  • Experience driving adoption or influencing behavior change in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or owning a single stakeholder or BU engagement end-to-end.
  • Experience building or scaling reusable internal products, templates, or accelerators that drive valuable adoption.
  • Familiarity with AI powered products, automation, or workflow tooling.
  • Comfort using AI assistants to support PM activities such as story writing, PRD drafting, and research synthesis.
  • Interest in learning enterprise product governance and responsible AI standards.
  • Strong desire to grow into broader product and stakeholder ownership over time.
  • Experience with AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar tools.

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
