Job Description
The GTM Customizations team is part of the Sales Enablement Group within the NBCU Advertising & Partnerships Organization. Sales Enablement collaborates across the organization to drive concise, consistent, and customized messaging to all clients and agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will work with the Director and Vice President on the following:
- Develop customized agency/client specific narratives and materials that drive demand for NBCU and solve agency/client business challenges
- Examples include: Custom GTM decks, QBRs, Top-to-Top meetings, CES materials, Upfront and Scatter Sales Decks, Marketing recaps and more.
- Responsible for materials across key Agency Holding Companies and categories including but not limited to: PMX Hold Co, Auto, CPG, Pharma, Finance
- Build a strong working knowledge of materials across all subject matters (i.e., Content, Data, Tech, Insights & Measurement.)
- Partner with Director, sales teams and category strategy teams to understand agency/client business goals and category challenges
- Demonstrate a high level of project ownership from start to completion across all key stakeholders, with the ability to both work independently with your supervisor to address roadblocks or concerns
- Collaborate across highly matrixed organization to create the appropriate materials and solutions for persuasive, strategic narratives
- Participate in on-going team and sales meetings and trainings to upskill, understand priorities and drive revenue.
- Maintain and update internal systems in a timely manner i.e., Status, Monday.com, etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in media industry with sales and marketing, client, or agency background preferred
- Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Additional Requirements
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week, Monday - Thursday.
Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 plus sales incentive compensation eligible
