Job Description
Role Summary:
NBC Integrated Design is seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our award-winning in-house creative team. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visuals for a wide range of marketing initiatives – including but not limited to key art, outdoor, print, digital and experiential advertising and promotions. The Senior Designer will report to a Senior Creative Director and collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Writers, Editors and Project Managers across a wide range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for multi-platform marketing campaigns.
- Create thoughtful, strategic and visually impactful design solutions, with a focus on key art, digital, outdoor and logo development.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow designers, Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment and consistency.
- Present ideas and creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and senior leadership, both in person and via video conferencing platforms.
- Translate creative feedback into solutions, and obstacles into opportunities.
- Effectively adapt and resize creative assets for an evolving range of formats and deliverables.
- Partner with writers, video editors and design, brand and social teams to maintain a cohesive campaign aesthetic and share assets as needed.
- Guide Production Artists to ensure accurate execution of creative vision.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or working equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional design experience, ideally within television, film or entertainment marketing.
- A robust portfolio showcasing design for a wide range of entertainment genres.
- Working knowledge of competitive creative landscape and passion for entertainment.
- Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into innovative and effective creative solutions.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking, design execution, and typography skills for key art packages, brand identity and multi-platform campaigns.
- Experience designing for digital platforms and optimizing assets for digital advertising.
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback and ideas from others.
- Ability to respond to feedback with thoughtful, creative solutions.
- Keen attention to detail and enthusiasm for producing high-quality work.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of photography, lighting and image selection for creative development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Knowledge of multi-media production, processes and printing techniques.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to finishing artists on retouching and mechanical builds.
- Experience collaborating and presenting ideas in-person and on video platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Figma.
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

- Salary range: $110,000- $125,000 ( bonus eligible)
