Job Description
Position Overview
The Specialist, Marketing Partnerships oversees the day-to-day execution of promotional asset workflows for MVPDs, local stations, affiliates, and shows, ensuring efficient, seamless campaign delivery in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the promotional asset request and fulfillment process for MVPDs, local stations, affiliates and shows, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with network marketing strategy.
- Serve as liaison between partners and internal teams, managing asset intake, trafficking, approvals, and distribution.
- Oversee campaign asset planning and execution, maintaining brand consistency while enabling local market customization.
- Optimize asset workflows to improve efficiency, delivery timelines, and overall execution.
- Prepare campaign recap reports highlighting performance results and key insights.
- Supervise local events coordination, including vendor sourcing, premium ordering, contract execution, and branding logistics.
- Process vendor invoices in partnership with Finance and support budget tracking.
- Manage multiple markets and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in operations, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with exceptional writing and grammar skills in both languages.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and accommodating last-minute changes.

Additional Requirements
- This hybrid position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office.
- Must be willing to work in the Miami, FL area.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
