Job Description
NBCUniversal is hiring a Specialist to join the on-platform team in support of our direct-to-consumer streaming service, Peacock. This is a highly cross-functional role that will help drive the ideation and execution of Peacock’s growth, retention, and engagement plans and shape on-product merchandising tactics to maximize performance of our priority content. We are seeking an organized self-starter who is adept at managing multiple projects at once while being able to prioritize among various tasks, especially in a fast-moving and ever-evolving climate.
The on-platform team is responsible for the merchandising, promotional, and lifecycle strategies driving user behavior on the Peacock platform. This position will work in a cross-team role supporting the merchandising and lifecycle verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Creating insertion orders for lifecycle, engagement and retention tactics
- Submitting creative hero requests for lifecycle, engagement and retention campaigns
- Developing merchandising tactics to support marketing and engagement campaigns
- Supplying reporting for assigned campaigns; ensuring accurate playout
- Building content curation plans for multiple Peacock pages and collections
- Maintenance of metadata and product feature tracking
- Translating performance data and insights into recommendations across on-platform
- Updating workflow documentation and recordkeeping in AirTable, Excel, and other internal systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in media, marketing, communications, or related field; relevant internship experience may apply
- Experience with project management tools such as AirTable
- Experience turning data into action
- Verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once with attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to pivot attention quickly

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
